What to Bring to Class

  • Yoga Mat: For hygiene and comfort, bringing your own mat is preferred.
  • Towel: Ideal for comfort during practice and for any post-class refreshment.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during, and after your yoga session.
  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothes that allow for flexibility and ease of movement.

Important: Please ensure you are booked for the class. Spaces can fill up quickly, so secure your spot in advance for a seamless experience.

Studio Equipment: Don’t worry if you forget your mat or don’t have one yet. We provide mats and blocks at the studio.

Welcome to Double Bay Yoga on the Wharf! I’m Karin, an accredited yoga teacher trained at PowerLiving Australia. With over ten years of teaching experience across Sydney, I’ve always believed in the power of yoga to bring balance to our busy lives.

My classes—whether it’s dynamic Vinyasa Flow or a more gentle yoga flow—are all about finding that connection between breath and movement, helping you build strength and release tension, leaving you feeling lighter and more centered.
