What to Bring to Class
- Yoga Mat: For hygiene and comfort, bringing your own mat is preferred.
- Towel: Ideal for comfort during practice and for any post-class refreshment.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during, and after your yoga session.
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothes that allow for flexibility and ease of movement.
Important: Please ensure you are booked for the class. Spaces can fill up quickly, so secure your spot in advance for a seamless experience.
Studio Equipment: Don’t worry if you forget your mat or don’t have one yet. We provide mats and blocks at the studio.
