2. Class Cancellations and Weather Policy

Our yoga sessions are held rain or shine, thanks to our beautiful indoor space that ensures a consistent yoga experience regardless of the weather. 5. Class Etiquette

At Double Bay Yoga on the Wharf, we strive to create a welcoming and flexible environment for all our students. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to accommodate your schedule as best as we can. However, we also value the tranquility of our yoga space and the experience of all participants. With this in mind, we kindly ask you to observe the following etiquette:

1. Joining or Leaving Class

We welcome you to join or leave the class at a time that suits your schedule. If you need to arrive late or leave early, please do so quietly and discreetly to minimize disruption to other students. We recommend choosing a spot towards the back of the class for ease of access.

2. Cleanliness and Respect for the Space

Our studio is a shared space, and we take pride in its cleanliness and tidiness. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourself, including in the yoga area, toilets, and shower facilities. Be mindful that extra cleaning costs may be incurred if the space is left untidy.

3. Property and Damage

As we are located within the Double Bay Sailing Club, it is crucial to respect the property and facilities. Any damages to the property caused by a student will need to be accounted for. Please be mindful of your surroundings and handle all facilities and equipment with care.

4. Swimming Post-Class

If you choose to go for a swim after your yoga session, please note that [Your Studio Name] does not take responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur during swimming activities. Swim at your own risk and be aware of your safety at all times.

By adhering to these guidelines, you help us maintain a serene and harmonious environment for everyone to enjoy their yoga practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

6. Photography Consent and Media Coverage

At Double Bay Yoga on the Wharf, we occasionally take photographs during our classes for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. Additionally, we have been approached by local newspapers for media coverage, which may include photography and/or filming during classes.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. If you do not wish to be included in any photographs or media coverage, even in the background or from a distance, please indicate this in the notes section when booking your class. We also request that you inform us before the start of each class, especially on days when photography or media coverage is planned. We will make every effort to respect your wishes and ensure your privacy.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed during our yoga classes for promotional purposes and media coverage, unless you have explicitly opted out as described above.
